Appliance OR TV Service Technician

Job Responsibilities for the Home Appliance or TV Service Technician:

Work to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer

Demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet customer time commitments

Meet key performance metrics and/or productivity goals as defined by the business

Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service

Continuously look for methods to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience

Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/electronic equipment in the customer's home

Must be able to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed

Shift starts at 7:30am. Will take an average of 8-10 calls per day, with rotating Saturdays


More Details for the Home Appliance or TV Service Technician:

EPA or CFC Certification Preferred for appliance techs

1 year newer model repair experience required for appliance techs (laundry, kitchen, and refrigeration)

3 years experience repairing and installing LCD,LED,DLP, and Plasma TV's for TV techs

Must provide verifiable, stable work history

MVR/BR/DT

Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds

Must have and provide own tools

30 day in-house paid training provided

Company vehicle provided

Base salary 36/ year+ PERFORMANCE BASED Bonuses and Commissions

Typical Salary is $55k/per year

Top techs are making 80-85K/ per year
