Operations Production Supervisor (Direct Hire) - Full-time

Will understand and proactively manage, direct, and participate in daily changeovers and startup to ensure successful execution and production rate. Will be responsible for ensuring the daily productivity, quality, and safety metrics improve. Consistently enforce rules, regulations, and policies while maintaining positive labor relations. Must be knowledgeable of systems needed to meet all safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements in a food and drug manufacturing operation.
Ensure technicians are present, on-time and on the line when their shift starts.
Communicate daily production targets, changeovers and required resources to meet plan
Ensure scheduled line maintenance activities done by technicians is executed and effective
Ensure technicians are adhering to centerline settings for all equipment and notify management when deviations occur. Ensure changeovers are executed to plan and production rate is achieved.
College degree preferred but not required if candidates have packing and processing skills
Candidate must be a confident problem solver, pragmatic, demonstrate a high sense of urgency and focus on hitting the production plan, Individual must be a team builder to help change a culture. Experience with coaching a higher level of skilled employee.
