Job Responsibilities for the Home Appliance Service Technician:
Work to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer
Demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet customer time commitments
Meet key performance metrics and/or productivity goals as defined by the business
Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service
Continuously look for methods to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience
Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in our Avondale Service Center
Must be able to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
M-F 8-5 with rotating Saturdays
More Details for the Home Appliance Service Technician:
EPA or CFC Certification Preferred
1 YEAR EXPERIENCE WORKING IN APPLIANCE REPAIR REQUIRED
Will be repairing refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, etc
Newer model experience required
Must provide verifiable, stable work history
Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds
Must have and provide own tools
BR/DT
Benefits and Salary Information for the Home Appliance Service Technician:
30 day in-house paid training provided
Excellent benefit package
Signing bonuses available DOE
Base salary 36K/ year + PERFORMANCE BASED Bonuses and Commissions
Typical salary around 55K/yr- TOP TECHS MAKING 80-85K/YR
