We are looking for a Full-Time Associate Property Manager that is outgoing, positive, energetic and detail oriented. Our Managers oversee the daily operations of storage facilities and are responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
* Consistently provides superior customer service, be people friendly and have a positive attitude
* Sales Skills
* Achieving financial goals
* Merchandise sales
* Keeping the property and vacant storage units clean
* Managing delinquent accounts
* Retail Sales
