Production Laborer - Full-time / Part-time

The areas in which someone could work are; Cutting, Milling, Painting, Supermarket, Drilling, Double Hung Sash Line, Boxing Area, Warehouse
1 day training sessions are every Thursday with the first official day being Friday.

All permanent employees at MUST go through a temporary period through Andersen directly.

TWO SHIFT OPTIONS, 1st/2nd rotating or 3rd shift. START/FINISH TIMES can fluctuate from the times below 20 minutes either way pending on what department they are placed in.

MON-FRI, ROTATE EVERY 2 WEEKS
$12.50 - 1st shift (6:20AM - 2:40PM)
$13.25 - 2nd shift (2:40PM - 11PM)

SUN-THUR
$13.63 - 3rd shift (10:20PM - 6:20AM)

OT is available and can be EXPECTED....must be open to OT!

This is a GREAT opportunity for individuals that want to get into manufacturing or are currently in manufacturing and would like the BEST opportunity available in production.

- Very repetitive work, they will rotate tasks however
- MUST wear steel toe boots
- No loose fitting clothes, can wear shorts
- Building can get very warm in the summer months, they do provide water/sport drinks and breaks

Qualifications:

- 6+ months of work experience in any field
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand in the same place for 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to use/learn power tools (screw drivers, pneumatic drivers, tape measure)

PREFERRED
- 6+ months of repetitive assembly experience

Expectations:

They are given quotas every hour and are expected to hit them as a TEAM. Everyone works, you do not see anyone standing around.

A person that will be successful in this job is someone that has worked in a fast pace manufacturing environment in which they were held accountable for production numbers hourly/daily.
