Technical Sales Associate

Pay: 39k-45k DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for executing a moderate volume of outbound calls and emails to leads who have inquired about our technology (warm leads), to answer basic questions, obtain qualifying information, persuasively convey marketing messaging, and make educated suggestions on next steps for the sales channel.
• Act quickly and productively; take ownership in all leads assigned, following through to fully achieve objectives and escalating issues within the Sales management team when needed.
• Accurately and thoroughly document and communicate all lead activities and information in company database per procedure.
• Meet established goals for lead process metrics, including call quality, productivity and results.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of the company's product technology and processes, enough to support the lead process and handle basic customer requests.
• Provide inbound sates call support to sales department as required.
• Generate reports of activity and provide feedback to Sales Operations Manager as requested.
• Provide administrative support to Sales Operations Manager and sales department as needed. Other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years experience in sales, customer service and/or call center
• Effective interpersonal skills for building and maintaining rapport with leads
• Responsible, dependable and adaptable to change
