Aerotek is currently hiring for a customer service representative with a banking institution in Fishers, Indiana. This is a 90 day contract to hire opportunity. The pay is $13hr.
The Member Services Agent is responsible for handling incoming calls from members and internal customers, resolving problems, offering beneficial products and services to members, and providing exceptional service via the telephone.
Individuals will be working a rotating schedule-
Week 1: 7:45-4:15
Week 2: 9:30-6pm
Rotating Saturday 9 to noon.

Must Hvaes
1. At least one consistent year of experience in a services based environment, contact center, retail, banking.
