Manufacturing Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

PRIMARY DUTIES
* Provide the leadership and coordination in the design, installation, operation and modification of process equipment. Perform some installation alone or in conjuction with tradespersons. Additionally, provide technical assistance and an interface function on process, product and maintenance problems.
* Understand and can communicate the goals and objectives of the department or area; and implement the plans, actions, and measurements to achieve the goals and objectives.
* Develop, support, and implement strategies for health, safety, and environmental matters, and understand the impact on regulatory compliance issues.
* Interact with and coordinate outside resources including contractors, equipment vendors, and supply vendors for assigned projects. Develop the appropriate standards and procedures, including but not limited to those required for production, technical, safety, and environmental activities.
