Maintenance Supervisor needed for a company in Warminster.
Work hours are 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay rate $16/hr.
Job Duties include:
Check, clean and stock bathrooms
Sign vendors in and out
Inventory/reorder supplies
Perform minor repairs (tighten door knobs)
Portal the parking lot
Clean sidewalks (spray, scrub, hose)
Empty trash cans
Qualified candidates:
Must wear khaki or dark pants (shirt/cap provided), comfortable shoes
Must have HVAC experience
Pass drug screen and background check
