Fulfillment Specialist

The Fulfillment Specialist will be a jack-of-all-trades working in tandem with all aspects of fulfillment for our wine & spirits company. Initially working independently with opportunity for growth to manage a fulfillment team. The salary is 41K-46K DOE with a great benefits package. This is a permanent opportunity. Our client is looking for a candidate who is detail oriented, trustworthy, results-minded, and in search of a growth opportunity at a newly launched start-up. The role is ideal for someone who is interested in presenting a top quality product to our consumers. The perfect candidate enjoys working independently, can lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly, and can think quickly and creatively on how to solve problems. This position is located in Burlingame, CA The Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for: *The process of receiving, packaging, and sending out products *Using Fedex ShipManager to create shipments *Weekly reconciliation of Fedex and ShipCompliant invoices for our Retail partner *Strong attention to the details of an order - personalized card, careful wrapping, correct marketing materials per shipment *Keeping the warehouse space organized and clean *Inventory of both product and shipping materials *Special assignments as needed Requirements *2+ years of experience packing boxes (preferably food/beverage/alcohol) *Experience working with high-end/luxury/gourmet foods/wine/spirits *Experience using Fedex (ShipManager) to create shipments *A strong attention to detail
