HR Customer Service Rep - Full-time / Part-time

Our valued client has engaged Manpower to deliver customer service representatives who will assist the human resources department. The assignment is in a human resources service center where the customer service representatives will receive in-bound calls in support of internal team member needs. This is not a sales role. The ideal candidates will be capable of delivering accurate information in a professional manner each and every time. Associates will provide a one-call solution on benefit plans, payroll, policies, programs and on-line tools associated with human resources allowing the client's team members to experience an awesome call while simultaneously resolving their concerns. This is a position for someone passionate about helping others while ensuring service delivery takes place to standard each and every time. This is a 5 to 7 month project, not a temp-to-perm position and the hours of support will range between 7am and 7pm, Monday - Friday (with the majority of the shifts being from 10:30am to 7pm
