Job Description: Will be taking calls from patients regarding questions on their EOB, medical bills and account. Taking payments, updating past due payments, answering questions on co-pays, insurance coverage, and general explanation on EOB's.
Qualifications: Must have experience with Patient Accounts, EOB's, insurance, and Customer Services.
