Answer Main Switchboard. Transfer calls. Also work on special projects using word and excel. Some Internet research. Will be working in a professional environment.
This is a part time position working the following hours Mon, Tues and Weds 2:30 to 5pm,Thurs 7:30am to 5:30pm and Fri 12:30pm to 5pm.
Candidate must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Must have a professional demeanor. Previous switchboard experience helpful. Previous receptionist experience required. Must be proficient using word and excel.
