Wea re looking for a 2nd shift (4pm until 1am) Supervisor with leadership qualities.
If You Have The Following, We Want You!...
- Min. 1-2. in custodial / housekeeping field
- Min. 1-2 yrs. supervisory responsibilities (fairly recent; any field)
- Excellent leadership skills; someone who brings out the best in people
- Ability to roll up the sleeves & do custodial work with team if needed
- Organized, dependable, punctual
- Professional in approach to responsibilities; presentable
- Some computer knowledge (will be doing paperwork)
You will be supervising a team of associates, ensuring the facility is clean to standards.
You must have a Valid Driver's license and a Clean MVR
Looking to fill asap will start August 25th .
Pay Range $10.00/hr and up DOE . Eval to Hire position 40 hour weeks
Located Bessemer and Birmingham Campus for a local Community College.
