Customer Service Call Center Position

Pay: $10.50

Shift: Need to be have the ability to work a shift inside 9am to 9pm - Monday through Friday.

Customer service representatives provide a valuable link between customers and the clients who buy and the services they use. They are responsible for responding to customer inquiries and assuring that any issues or misunderstandings that clients are experiencing are resolved, as well as answer any general questions that clients may have. Call center representatives should be versed in the following:

- Use computers, telephones, and other technology extensively

- Able to engage clients in phone conversations

- Type with efficiency

- Manage multiple files at once

- Creative problem solving

- Quickly familiarize yourself with various forms and procedures

Work environment is clean and well lit. Multiple shifts are available and each day is structured enough to enable you to do your job with excellence, yet comfortable enough to enable you to relax while you work with clients. You will have your own workstation equipped with everything you need to perform your daily tasks. You will talk with and help customers and clients with their questions. Some cases are more difficult than others, but you will always have the best resources at your disposal as well as competent managers to offer advice and guidance.
