Seeking a Scheduling Assistant for Busy Home Health Care Agency.
Successful candidate will have experience with scheduling of staff, data entry and data management. Experience in Home Health is preferred but not necessary.
The candidate will work partially in our office and partially from their own home.
The schedule will be as follows: M-Th 2-6 in the admin office then will be responsible for taking on-call M-Th nights from home. This person will also be on-call for scheduling 1 weekend per month. Additionally we would like this person to be in the office on Friday s 10a-6p. We will provide you with the tools required to complete the job when not in the office.
Candidates are required to pass a Level 2 background check, drug testing and Fit for Duty exam.
This position is paid at an hourly basis for time spent in the admin office and a stipend plus hourly for on-call scheduling from home.
