We have openings for Inside Sales Representative in the Tampa, FL area! This is an excellent temporary-to-hire opportunity with a great company!
Job Description:
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented, and believe in performance rewards for exceeding sales goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 5 years experience required
- Must have excellent verbal/written skills necessary
- Uses telephone & other tools to remotely interface with customers
- Able to effectively present company’s value proposition and products to a variety of audiences
- Able to organize and lead inside initiatives facilitate sales
- Stay in close contact with team members and multi-task
- Must be a team player and work closely with the sales department
- Able to do outside sales calls and build relationships
- Background check and Drug screening required
Ideal Candidates:
- Relevant experience preferred
- Committed to safety at all times
- Excellent attendance
Pay Rate: $21.00-$24.00 hourly
Shift/Hours: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
