Medical Banking Specialist - Contact Center Rep

The Medical Banking Specialist is responsible for taking inbound calls and answering customer questions about the products which include (HAS) Health Savings Accounts, (FSA) Flex Spending Account, (HRA) Health Reimbursement Arrangement, etc. These customers may be calling with questions about benefits, claims resolution, eligibility and billing questions, payment and reimbursement questions etc. They also will be receiving calls from potential customers who are interested in a product line and who are not current customers. They will become subject matter experts on all of the product lines so they can answer any and all questions that are asked of them. In most situations they will be required to research and respond to inquiries over the phone or in they will send a response via email so they must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
