Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising food production
* Scratch cooking, food prep, and directing kitchen work
* Assisting with overseeing the day to day operation of the kitchen
* Maintaining kitchen sanitation and safety standards
* Ensuring compliance with state, local, and regulatory agencies as they relate to Food Service

We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* Three (3) years scratch cooking experience and 6 months supervisory experience
* Current ServSafe Certification and all food handling certifications/licenses required by the city and state
* Flexibility with schedule including a weekend day regularly and holidays
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
