Key responsibilities include:
* Responsible for the medical component of the Brookdale hospice program
* Assists in developing best practice care protocols
* Lead development of Physician Advisory Committee
We seek the following principal qualifications:
* Medical Doctor with experience in hospice and palliative care
* Experience in administrative/operation roles in healthcare, home health and hospice
* Familiarity with care transitions
* Knowledge of regulations/COP’s and compliance
* Current experience clinically
