Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in the development and implementation of the Resident Programs standards of excellence
* Providing hands-on involvement in programs during the residents' scheduled times
* Assisting in the planning, orientation and supervision of volunteers
* Helping evaluate resident wellness needs
* Exploring opportunities for purposeful, emotional, physical, spiritual, social and intellectual resident engagement
* Assisting with marketing and promotional materials for the community
* Providing transportation to off-site activities

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED
* Current and vaild Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willing to obtain one
* One (1) year of direct programming/activities experience with seniors
* Ablity to speak in public, organized, innovative, and creative
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
