Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising the maintenance and housekeeping departments, including general operating maintenance and repair of the community buildings and grounds
* Directing and executing preventative maintenance programs, general repairs and unit-turns within allotted budgets
* Assuring compliance with Brookdale standards and local/state/federal regulations, including fire and life safety
* Conducting regular inspections, identifying needs and executing correction and/or coordinating code compliance with the Regional Maintenance Director
* Manages the community maintenance and housekeeping staff to include hiring, training, evaluating performance and resolving disciplinary issues

We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* Three (3) years of maintenance and supervisory maintenance experience
* Knowledge of Tennessee life safety codes
* Proficiency in all aspects of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire safety, and grounds maintenance
* Must be able to pass pre-emploment drug screening and background check
* Flexibility with schedule
