The Job

Requirement elicitation through interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, observation, competitive product analysis, industry best-in-class references and workflow analysis.
Recommend, propose, and present solutions consisting of Pitney Bowes software, integrated hardware, and professional service offerings based on customer need & business analysis.
Decomposition of high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for all applicable stakeholders
Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in CCM business segment and regularly use that expertise to increase MAM and BA resources ability to pursue CCM advanced solutions.
Lead the requirements analysis and verification process, ensuring that requirement statement, are complete consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that conform to Pitney Bowes Standards
Lead cross functional teams of Sales, IT, project managers, solution architects, and installation professionals on scope, solutions requirements, success, constraints, deployment requirements and defined risks.

Qualification

BS in Computer Science and 3-5 years IT experience in a web based applications development area.
Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in business or requirements analysis related profession is preferred.
Minimum 5 years' experience in the field of digital and print management industry
Mix of functional/technical skills (approximately 50% functional and 50% technical). Technical sales experience is a plus.
Strong IT/IS background in technologies such as: SaaS, Web Services, Multi-level PCL, Server Operating Systems, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, Visual Basic, VBScript, .NET, VMware, Report Design Tools (Crystal Reports, ActiveReports, SQL Server Reporting Services) and Web Technologies (IIS, ASP, ADO, XML, Web Services). Technology and IT industry related certifications are preferred.
Technical knowledge of one or more of the following: Java, JSP, Servlets, XML, Oracle, Web Services, SQL, HTML, DHTML, VBScript

Within our Small/Medium Business (SMB) Solutions team, we provide a full range of mailing equipment and postage meters, maintenance and support services and supplies that enable our clients to efficiently create mail and evidence postage. We segment our SMB Solutions business between our North America operations, comprising the U.S. and Canadian businesses, and our International operations. We are a leading provider of postage meters and have approximately one million meters installed in North America and over three-hundred thousand meters installed elsewhere.
