Our client (located near Mineola, NY) is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist with multistate experience (California, Florida, Texas, New York & New Jersey). Payroll experience is a huge plus. This position will provide support to the HR Managers. This is an immediate, direct hire position.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide HR generalist support to the HR Managers

  • Provide administrative support for and coordination of our client’s HR processes, including performance management, succession planning, benefits enrollment, exit interviews, and leadership development

  • Respond timely to employee issues and questions related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies and programs

  • Complete I-9s and new hire paperwork for all new hires and maintain all employee files

  • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting

  • Lead ad-hoc HR projects

  • Other duties as needed

    Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

  • Must have experience with HIPA laws

  • At least 2-4 years of Human Resources work experience

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task daily HR responsibilities with project

  • Demonstrated strength in organization skills and coordination across multiple client groups

  • Superior oral and written communication and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage expectations of business and HR stakeholders on priorities and timelines

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Power Point and Excel

    Salary: $60,000 +
