Serve as the first point of contact via phone and reception for a growing oil and gas consulting company.
  • Answer six incoming phone lines and direct to appropriate extension or take a message
  • Greet all visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail
  • File
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Process outgoing mail and items for FEDEX and UPS
  • Maintain copy and break room daily
  • Provide administrative support for all departments


Job Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Pleasant phone demeanor and welcoming manner
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to pass background check and drug screen
