Responsible for the design, development, management or sunsetting of new, existing or acquisition of vision products. Reviews product performance against expectations and facilitates or influences changes to vision product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimal product performance. Will work with internal business constituents to support the needs of the product operations team or respond to vision product inquiries. May be project-based and involve working within multiple product functions such as claims and product implementation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise.
- Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others.- Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area.
- Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines.

This position is located in Southfield, MI; Indianapolis, IN; Columbia, MD; or Minnetonka, MN.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or High school Diploma/GED AND 2+ years Product Management experience
- 2+ years Previous project management experience
- 2+ years Previous experience developing and running SQL queries
- 2+ years Previous data analysis and reporting experience
- Ability to utilize MS Excel formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups and macros
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with healthcare benefits
- Previous experience with MS Access
