ManpowerGroup is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to help support our client's team. This is a temporary assignment that will last approximately one year. The pay rate is $19/hr. Description: *Responsibilities to include toner and consumable support for on-site devices in support of a customer in the Bentonville area. This position is for Consumable Support Specialist. JOB SUMMARY: Daily monitoring of the consumable levels for the printing devices on the campus. Provide updates and reporting pertaining to the consumable status. Track shipping and delivery of consumables as well as keeping track of on-hand inventory at campus location. Replacing consumables for the printing devices at the campus location. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: General responsibilities include but not limited to: *Handle incoming customer calls pertaining to consumables *Gather information about the customer's problem *Create a ticket for all customer inquiries *Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution on consumable issues *Communicate resolution to customer *Perform problem resolution follow-up *Escalate or transfer a problem to the next level when necessary *Document and communicate steps taken in troubleshooting process *Provide accurate information and documentation in the ticket *Close all tickets when problem resolved satisfactorily *Order tracking and shipping *Inventory record keeping and re-stocking *Shipping and receiving *Provide outstanding support by meeting customers needs in a courteous and timely manner EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND: Candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service focus and outstanding communication skills are essential. Experience in customer service with Corporate Campus environment a plus. PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: *Individual must possess business maturity, in appearance, focus, poise and alertness. *Self-motivated and comfortable working as a part of a dedicated team. *Outgoing and well organized individual. *Ability to perform in a multi-tasking environment. *Able to work effectively and cooperatively with customers, remote team members and managers.
