The Operations & Marketing Assignment Program (OMAP) is a 6-month program with one assignment in a Highmark Direct Store. The program CSR is responsible for delivering superior consultative services to customers and reports to the Retail store manager. This responsibility primarily includes: gathering appropriate information from each customer, informing the guest about product features and benefits in an effort to assist the customer in making an informed decision on a product of their choice. This position requires ongoing knowledge of all products, systems, and resources used in stores, including a working knowledge of all Highmark book of business, HM Insurance Group and ancillary products.
We are looking for employees who demonstrate the following:

1 year of healthcare experience in Training, Customer Service, Sales or Marketing or related field

Passion for Operations Management and Marketing

Strong Communications and Interpersonal Skills

Self Confidence and Initiative

Energy and Enthusiasm

Geographically Mobile

(Preferred) Demonstrated Leadership Experience
