Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking a Senior level Project Manager for our valued client located in the Beaver Dam, WI area. This is a direct hire opportunity with a long standing company in our community. We are seeking a dynamic candidate that could take on increasing responsibility and desires growth potential. Responsibilities
• Participate in project management, estimating and sales duties
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports
• Manage relationship between the customer, superintendent, contractors and suppliers
• Ensure all parties are in compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, or other regulations
• Ensure projects progress along the set timeline and are completed within predetermined timeframe
• Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites
• Prepare and deliver the contract with the client to meet their needs
• Work with team to ensure all parties are aware of updates, priorities and are working together
Requirements
• 10 years + commercial construction
• Be able to travel nationally.
• Be able to work with subcontractors, vendors and customers and provide superior customer service to all parties
• Be able to manage $1M-$10M projects
