Assignment:

- claims is currently experiencing high call volumes due to card compromises and moving into our busiest season for VISA debit card usage. Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.

Persons will sit in a busy call center, supports the Visa Debit Card Product with issues related to Lost or Stolen cards and Fraud Detection. Assists with replacing/reissuing or blocking cards. Calls made will vary depending on need of customer/client.

Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. May research issues or transfer to a research function. May involve cross selling or up selling of other financial products.

Handles customer calls with somewhat more complexity. Handle incoming calls from clients and branch offices.

Responsibilities include:

* Review transactions deemed suspicious by a CMA fraud Analysts with client and/or branch office

* Navigate Attachmate Extra Sessions to:

- Review account history

- Review account notations

- Remove temporary blocks when activity is valid

* Perform the following functions when notified of fraudulent activity by client/branch

- Place case notes in Falcon Case Manager* and on Sessions

- Block and reissue cards as necessary

- Close case out of Falcon Case Manager*

* Maintain client and branch satisfaction
