Job Description:

Job Description: Customer Service Representative for Payroll will be directly helping customers handle a mission-critical task by ensuring that their company experience is one of delight. You will be responsible for providing phone assistance to customers in product support and payroll processing. Training in payroll products and services will be provided.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience: * 2+ years in a customer service environment * Troubleshooting experience * Prior experience in a non-scripted call center/Customer Service rep position preferred * Basic Computer skills/experience * BS/BA a plus * Experience in payroll or financial services a plus, but not required
