About this job

Our client, located in Blue Lagoon, is seeking experience customer service representatives. Candidates must have at least two years of recent call center experience.

Exchange information between cardholders, issuers, merchants, acquirers, members and product offices.
Provide phone, email, and chat support entitlements and enrollments for multiple products.
Provide day-to-day support to client institutions to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
Respond to customer inquiries relating to general functionality support for products via multiple communication channels.
Own level 1 issues through resolution working with product, application and or development groups.
Understand the customer's needs, business requirements, and priorities; know when escalation is needed.
Actively seeks solutions and identifies, troubleshoots, resolves applications or business issues.
Educate customers on product and basic software applications, usage, and functionality.
Data entry in multiple internal applications.
Assists clients and users with web navigational guidance.
