About this job
The individual in this position will:
-Perform accounts payable functions in SAP.
-Code and allocate invoices.
-Review and process external and internal invoices.
-Process wire transfers, expense reports, and check requests.
-Troubleshoot exceptions from Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) so that they can be posted and processed.
-Complete weekly check runs and ensure proper payment to vendors.
-Other duties as assigned by the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
