Call Center Rep will be feilding 60-100 calls per day for specific Mercer clients internal employees. Employees will call with questions on 401K, Health and Benefits, Defined Contributions (Pensions)how to sign up, how to cancel, makes changes to investment amounts, sign up for benefits, make changes to benefits, and will also be responsible for answering questions or escalating calls when needed. Candidate will then enter the information from the call into the database.
Start on 3/10. Once training is over the Candidates should be flexible to work between 8:00am-9:00pm all shifts are 8 hours.

Candidates must take the Proveit tests that are in a Mercer Batch in the system.

Spelling & Grammar 85%
