Donor and Volunteer Services Representative

This role will provide superior service to donors, volunteers, and/or internal staff via calls, correspondence, web-chat, e-mail, mailroom, and donations processing. Responsibilities include: providing in-depth service with efficiency and accuracy in a timely and professional manner, responds to various types of donor and volunteer questions, issues, or complaints. Communicate and provide donors and volunteers with appropriate information and materials. Stay apprised of new and ongoing intiatives, processes, and literature in order to provide superior service. Performed all processes within Donor and Volunteer Services - including mailroom, coding, discrepancies, donations, corporate match, resources, merchandise, updates, communication preferences, catalog requests, removes, memorial cards, correspondence, calls, web-chat, emails, receptionist back-up, and other service functions as needed. Handles all customer interactions (internal and external) in a professional manner by listening to needs and providing solutions. Continuously meets and maintains departmental service level guarantees and quality assurance of all donor and volunteer service functions.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a customer service representative and/or call center representative, with the ability to type 45 WPM, team player attitude, knowledge of customer service techniques and phone etiquette, and above average interpersonal, verbal, and communications skills.
