**We are currently offering great Part-Time CSR schedules for our Terminix Call Center located in Lewisville Texas. We are recruiting for two schedules: 10:00am - 2:00pm and 2:30pm - 6:30pm. We are seeking applicants who are flexible with working a 5 work day schedule, Monday through Sunday. 4 hour work days with one day off during the week Monday-Friday and your second off day during the weekend Saturday or Sunday. $13/hr This is a great opportunity, so please apply today!!**

Position Overview
Receives and/or places telephone calls which are basic and routine to handle any/all aspects of customer accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, and problem resolution. Cultivates and maintains on-going customer relationships. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Ensures that customers receive the best service possible through processing orders, preparing general correspondence and coordinating with other functions as required. Acts as customer contact regarding pricing, scheduling and shipping.

Education and Experience Requirements
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six (6) months to one year clerical or customer service experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows
• Oral and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• Ability to utilize a personal computer or CRT
• Ability to work in a stressful, face-paced environment
