RESIDENTIAL SALES ASSOCIATE, Fort Lauderdale, FL - Full-time / Part-time

The next training class will begin at the end of October 2014.


POSITION PURPOSE
Home Depot Interiors is responsible for the Sales and Manufacturing of premium Kitchen and Bath remodeling products offered in over 45 major markets. We offer paid training and a monthly bonus program. MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and accurately measure and price jobs
• Participate in sales meetings and product training at your local branch
• Complete relevant paperwork in an accurate and timely manner NATURE AND SCOPE
  Position Reports to: Sales Manager Number of Direct Reports: 0 ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • In-home residential sales in customers’ homes • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 18 years or older • Must pass the Drug Test • Must pass the Background Check • Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable • Access to reliable transportation to reach customers’ homes and local Home Depot stores EDUCATION REQUIRED

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
• Persuasive written and verbal communication skills
