The Regional Director of Dining Services is responsible for providing training and consultations to our Dining Services Departments for senior housing communities across the Northeast in New York, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.

Key responsibilities include:
*Provides on-site training/leadership as needed and leadership for associates and residents
*Provides support in development and management of annual budgets for each community in region
*Compiles daily, weekly and monthly progress reports on all communities in region as assigned by supervisors
*Stays current on all Food Safety and Sanitation Codes, ensures all government regulations are adhered to
*Makes formal presentations to various audiences such as Executive Directors, Regional teams and Marketing associates

We seek the following principal qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required
*Must be ServSafe Certified
*5 years supervisory dining services experience, preferably in a country club, hotel (with conference center) or upscale senior housing setting in a multi-site role
*Knowledgeable of all aspects of food service positions with a food and beverage background
*Computer proficiency with familiarity with MS Office & MS Excel
*Flexibility to travel up to 75%-80% and work some evenings/weekends
