About this job
Aeortek is currently hiring strong customer service focused candidates to provide customer service support to their clients for benefit plans and associated web-based applications. Duties include:
- Customer service support by responding professionally to customer inquiries/issues received via phone, email or other communication devices and ensure that appropriate action is taken.
- Research participant questions related to employee benefit plans
- Provide technical support and assist customers in using web-based, employee self-service tools
- Read and understand plan documents, amendments, online knowledge base tools and benefit administration systems while applying procedures and guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
1 year customer service/call center experience (any industry - if in the medical/benifits space, that would be ideal - but not required)
-Customer Service via phone is highly preferred but customer service via face to face (i.e. retail) will also be considered.
-Entry level candidates that have a BA/BS degree + internship, summer position, and/or work study. Require some type of work experience.
