As an Athlete supporting the Digital Commerce & Corporate lines of business for a well known athletic company, you will provide a premium customer service experience by answering inbound calls from a variety of contact channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media channels.

- Athlete Representative will answer questions regarding athletic products for the following sports: Running, Basketball, Global Football, Golf, Athletic Training, Training, Baseball, and others
- Resolve customer concerns by working to create win-win resolutions for both company and its consumers
- Responds efficiently, accurately, and professionally to a variety of company's consumers
- Will act as a customer advocate while protecting and promoting the company's integrity
- Use effective written and verbal communication skills applying sound judgment and effective business decision ability in servicing the customer
- Utilize various systems and other support tools to ensure accurate responses to customer inquiries, while looking for opportunities to educate the customers

Hours:
Candidates must be flexible within the hours of 4 am - 12 midnight, Monday - Sunday. They will likely be given a shift that is 5 days in a row as they will always try to work with them on their preference.

Training: Training will start on Friday 10/3/2014
Qualifications: - A passion and enthusiasm for sports/sports products; must have participated in athletics at the high school level; "Athletes servicing Athletes" is their motto
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with email or chat customer service is required
- Experience in a Call Center Customer Service role is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills critical, with an emphasis on soft skills, customer-focused resolution, and de-escalation tactics
-Open to retail and restaurant experience
Performance Expectations: Held to customer service etiquette, quality, and handle time. Interview Information: HR team will send candidates proveit tests. Once they have passed HR will set them up for an in person interview on site.

NOTE: Candidates are also invited to an onsite job fair at concentrix Monday Sept. 22nd NOON - EIGHT PM

Aerotek will be onsite helping out with the job fair as well.
Additional Compensation: - Up to $200/month in incentives based on metrics obtained.
