As a Home Cleaning Technician, your role will be to deliver quality cleaning services to our clients, freeing them to spend more time with their daily pursuits. We are looking for energetic, hard working, goal and detail-oriented individuals with the right attitude!
Requirements:
* Available Monday through Friday. Candidates must be capable of working irregular, variable hours. Full-time is 25-35 hours, and part-time is 15-20 hours. All candidates must be able to work their required hours, regardless of personal responsibilities or situations. If your schedule does not permit you to work as directed, this job is not for you
* MUST have reliable transportation. Company carpooling is provided and encouraged
* MUST be capable of withstanding regular, physical contact with dog/cat hair and dust
* MUST be able to lift and carry at least 30 pounds, including while climbing steps
* MUST be able to reach, pull, stoop, kneel, lift, carry, and bend throughout each daily work shift
* MUST be clean in appearance
* MUST be able to effectively communicate in verbal and written form
* MUST pass extensive background check and drug testing
* NO experience is necessary!
Starting pay rate is $10/hr with an increase after 90 days based on a positive performance review. Management positions available.
