Driver Needed - Full-time / Part-time

DRIVER NEEDED We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Driver . Must be able to work at least 5 shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends. Wage: 9.75-10.25 (Drivers can earn more) Pressed Vibrance: Local raw juice business is looking for a few excellent employees to work in prep and production. We have an efficient, close knit team (including owners) that you will work along side in a quick-paced environment. Shift duties include: - Driving: Delivery of juices / and other products - Washing, weighing, sorting & cutting organic produce - Occasional lifting/ moving boxes of produce (up to 40 lbs.) - Stocking/ sorting boxes of glass bottles (up to 25 lbs.) - Labeling bottles - Assisting in running commercial juice press machine - Measuring juice quantities - Mixing/ following pre-set recipes - Filling/ capping - Arranging orders for pick up and delivery - Cleaning, mopping, maintenance of space (pre & post shift) We make organic, cold-pressed juice. Our product is raw (unpasteurized/ untreated) so cleanliness is of utmost importance. You will be required to wear a hair net/ hat, gloves & apron/ chef coat. Our kitchen is animal product free (no meat or dairy.) The space you will be working in is approx 1800 sq. ft. What we are looking for: - A GOOD ATTITUDE - we reject negativity and do not accept it in our kitchen ;) - Like minded in our company's product offering - Efficiency - Ability to follow directions - Kitchen prep experience - Willingness to move about throughout your shift/ on your feet for all duties - Self starters; maintain the operation as if it were your own - Work alongside owners Shifts are 6 - 8 hours long. Some shifts will be assigned until volume - reasonably requiring you to stay or leave based on when daily orders/ prep volume is complete. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday , and Sunday RELIABLE transportation a must We're looking for a clean driving record, someone to take the first shift in the morning for early morning deliveries of our fresh pressed juices. We deliver to peoples doors, as well as businesses. Deliveries to take place in and around the Northern suburbs, city of Chicago, and Western suburbs. Delivery shift options available from: First Shift: Early mornings Late Shift: Mid to late afternoon into evenings.
