Home Instead Senior Care is looking for an RN to join our amazing TEAM! This is a part-time position with an estimated 25-30 hrs. per week is Flexible with Daytime hours - Duties included: initial assessments of clients needing personal cares under a Class A/Comprehensive License, re-assessment visits, Caregiver supervisory visits, training of our outstanding HHA's and on call for two residential are homes.
Qualifications:
*MN RN License
*At least 3yrs experience as an RN in Home Care/Residential Care
*Knowledge of the Class A Licensure
*Assessment skills
*Ability to teach new employees the skills needed to be become a Home Health Aide for Home Instead
*Organizational skill and ability to multi task
*Excellent attention to detail
*Able to work independently and delegate tasks to lead aids
*Experience in Dementia care, End of Life, Parkinson, Feeding Tube, Catheter care etc.
*Have a valid drivers license, proof of insurance and pass a background/drug screening.
