A well-established company in Waterloo, Iowa is NOW HIRING for an Outbound Patient Coordinator to join their team!

Candidates MUST HAVE:

o High School Diploma or GED
o Customer Service experience (2 to 3 years)
o Good computer skills
o GREAT Communication skills
o Type 30 Words Per Minute

Job Duties Include:

o Every Outbound Patient Coordinator will Receive 10 referrals per day from places such as doctor's offices saying that they have a patient that needs a walker, etc.
o Work on a grid and as orders get assigned to them, they will call members throughout the US and service the patient for the equipment they need for the rates that are contracted
o Will be on the phone with: Insurance companies, case managers, adjusters, patients, and hospitals
o Will make upwards to 30 calls per day
o Will receive around 10 calls per day
o Will be working workers compensation claims mostly

This is a FULL TIME position. The hours are 10am-7pm.
