Spartan is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for a manufacturing company in Rochester, NY as a temporary to hire position for the right individual.

 

Job Description

Warehouse associate – shipping, receiving, order filling and inventory management

• Prepare bill of lading
• Check and record all items loaded for shipment
• Post shipments to customer orders and calculate balance to be shipped
• Close out orders and forward required documents to production and accounting
• Notify Plant Manager when discrepancies occur
• Maintain shipment records
• Other Warehouse duties as needed

 

Job Requirements

• 2 years experience in shipping/receiving
• MS Office proficiency
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
• Good Communication Skills
• Office clerical skills and Intermediate computer skills required

Pay Rate: $12 hour

Shift/Hours: First shift Monday – Friday 8am-5pm Flexibility in schedule needed
