As an Education Advisor you would be taking inbound calls for qualified individuals seeking out more information about education and schools. The main objective is to match those potential students with schools.
We are looking for individuals to start immediately in the Tampa/Clearwater and surrounding areas at our call center located in Clearwater, FL.
Opportunities for advancement is available within several departments of the company.
Must have the following in order to apply:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months experience required
Communications skills necessary
Working knowledge of VOIP dialing software
Ability to learn new software
Ability to recognize user control problems versus tech problem
Preferred Skills: Telemarketing experience preferred.
Job Description: There is no cold calling involved. Candidate will receive inbound calls to help match up prospective students to the schools in their area who have programs of study that match their interests. Position also requires reporting any issues to management.
Work Environment: Call Center Environment. Dress code to be discussed with candidate.
