Key responsibilities include:
* Controls information flow from public website by checking and sorting emails in info@brookdaleliving.com mailbox including leads, comments, vendor inquiries and reviews; forwards to appropriate associates for follow up and provides advice for social media related issues.
* Coordinates the acquisition of website images and community videos with vendors; manages community photo/video galleries.
* Creates and executes all social media updates for: corporate pages and accounts and community Facebook pages.
* Serves as primary contact for communities by providing advice and guidance to less experienced social media users.
* Creates and schedules daily Facebook and Twitter posts using discretion and judgment.
* Monitors social media platforms and alerts appropriate associates to negative posts for resolution.
* Implements creative strategies to promote the organization's product lines through social media.
* Builds brand identification through penetration of online social media.

We seek the following principal qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree required; in Communications, Journalism, or Advertising.
* Two years of experience in marketing, advertising and/or social media.
* Proficient in social media techniques, platforms and delivery, including content creation and posting.
* Copy writing skills required.
