CoWorx Staffing is now interviewing for multiple openings available at our client located in Danbury, CT. We are seeking individuals familiar with current Real Estate trends and marketing.

Job Duties
  • Work with several departments to determine property marketing plan for customer relocation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for both internal departments and customer base.
  • Coordinate with agents, brokers and attorneys to successfully complete sale of property within client guidelines and to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Proactively communicate property marketing issues to appropriate party.
  • Manage and review legal documentation and work to resolve closing issues by guiding proper internal personnel.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years prior relocation, real estate, home sale or related field experience.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Access

Strong time-management and organizational skills

Desire to work in a corporate environment
