CLP, a TrueBlue Company, is looking for an Operations Manager in Nashville, TN.

The Operations Manager is responsible for providing leadership in an assigned branch and will supervise a team composed of Account Managers, Recruiters and Service Specialists. This position has overall sales, service and profit and loss responsibility for their branch operation.

Job Duties:
Responsible for meeting operational compliance and order fulfillment goals.
Responsible for meeting and exceeding financial performance goals.
Reinforces a culture that places an emphasis on customer service.
Seeks ways to streamline processes for operational and sales efficiency and excellence.
Analyzes customer and worker experience data to improve retention rates.
Handle customer complaints quickly to resolve issues.
Provide coaching and mentoring to staff.
Responsible for both management and implementation of order fulfillment, payroll, pre liens, collections, Safety (claim mgt, PPE, 1st day site visits), new hire interviews & orientations, update and maintain hard/electronic files, I9/E-verify.
Plays an active role in improving GM while delivering on CLP's Value Proposition.

Qualifications:
3 to 5 years experience managing in a customer service/sales environment.
Construction industry knowledge and/or experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
Highest commitment to customer service, development and satisfaction.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Bilingual language skills a plus.
Valid Driver's License
