A&P Mechanic $27/Hr

Our client in Bridgeport, WV is currently seeking qualified A&P Mechanics for immediate employment. This is a 6-12+ month contract position with a salary of $26/Hr based on applicable experience. Candidates who qualify will be eligible to receive to receive per diem.

Duties/Responsibilities:

The candidate must be able to read blue prints and schematics. Will be performing C and D Check maintenance on the following aircraft models CRJ 200, 700 and 900 series aircraft, Bombardier Business Aircraft (Challenger, Lear, Global Express) and Q-400/Dash 8's in a repair station environment. Perform maintenance on customer aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data and FAA regulations. Perform inspections, making adjustments and repairs, replacing components, and correcting malfunctions or deficiencies. Perform basic mechanical and electrical removals and installations. Document work performed per appropriate manuals including, but not limited to, Inspection Procedures Manual (IPM), Structural Repair Manual (SR), Maintenance Manual and Component Maintenance Manual.

Qualifications:

A&P License is required

5-8+ years recent aviation heavy maintenance experience (CRJ experience preferred, but not required)

Candidates must have their own tools

Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check upon job offer
